Design
HIS, Inc. has added to their in house capabilities, Design, Build and Repair of induction hardening coils. From single & two turn coils to machined head coils, we manufacture all details, connectors and buss work here on CNC equipment.
Our design work is in Solidworks 3D.
Build
Our coil service includes: Design, Build, Repair, Modification, Test and QC. We also offer 24 hr emergency repair services, which can include pick up and delivery depending on facility location. We can provide crib storage at our facility as well.
In-House Development
Modeling Software has allowed for greater precision and advanced our services capability on a wide variety of inductors and tooling. In addition, having In-house scanner and laboratory equipment has pushed our ability to develop better part signature profiles along with short run production services for our customers.
